After working as a female personal trainer for over 5 years I have worked with 100's of women to move their bodies, get stronger and achieve their goals. Seeing a massive gap in the fitness industry where women are made to feel one size or one body type is better than another, it become my personal mission to change that.
I am extremely passionate about helping women to create a healthy relationship with exercise and food and to create long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes to reach their goals without resorting to fad diets and putting their bodies (and minds) through hell.
Movement and fuelling our bodies with nutritious foods is important but looking after our mind and creating balance is equally if not more important. While we don't focus on the scales or numbers, when working together we focus on creating small changes and implementing habits to can help transform your life. The physical changes you see will just be the icing on the cake compared to how you feel and show up every day (yes you're allowed to eat and thoroughly enjoy cake).
