Our personal training sessions go for 45 minutes and you can choose to work out by yourself or with someone else whether that be your mum, your sister, your bestie or your coworker.
We work in 4-week blocks where we program your customised session based on your goals, fitness level and ability and we work on progressing on that programmed session over the space of 4 weeks. We find this has been the most effective way to progress with our clients and have found the best results for their fitness goals.
